TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Payments (made in cash) please to the driver on arrival at hotel. If your transfer is return, please pay the total balance on arrival at the hotel.

2. The lead booking name is responsible for the final payment.

3. Cancellations are accepted at anytime by email or phone, until 12 hours prior to your transfer you must cancel by phone.

4. We cannot accept responsibility from customer booking errors e.g, wrong flight date, time, pickup/dropoff address. The details on the booking are the clients responsibility.

5. Modifications to your booking must be made 24hrs prior to your arrival.

6. You need to carry limited luggage as we describe in our website.

7. Airport Transfers/Seagull Transfers reserve the right to refuse to transport any client in the booking party under the influence of alcohol or drugs or we consider to be a risk to our driver.

8. Smoking is not permited in our vehicles.

9. If you are travelling to a private destination such as a villa, please request from the owner the full directions to your destination, and please provide it to your driver. We cannot be held responsible to find such private addresses.

10. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Your property is entirely your responsibility so please look after it during your journey.

11. Should we fail to reach your desired destination due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide alternative transportation at no extra cost to you, the client.

12. We would ask clients to give us a margin of 15 minutes should we not arrive at the pickup at the time prearranged , this can be due to unforseen circumstances (traffic problems etc) which may arise. (We will contact client where possible)

13. We reserve the right to depart your accommodation 15 minutes after the prearranged pickup time should a member of your party not advise our driver of your delay.

14. We will wait approx 1 hour after your landing time in Dalaman airport, should there be a problem with luggage, provided you advise us by sending 1 member of your party to find us in arrivals we will be happy to wait for you until the problem is resolved..if you are travelling alone please advise by calling the number provided on your transfer paperwork

15. We are busy doing private transfers directly from airport to resort and back again so if you would like to stop on the way for more than 10 minutes you should inform us beforehand, otherwise it will not be possible due to time commitments, as we always strive to meet our clients deadlines & have everyone collected and arrive on time.

16. If you damage anything in our vehicle accidentally during your journey we may ask you to pay for any damage caused, refusal to do this will result in our company terminating your transfer contract and we will not transport your party again.

17. Please treat your driver with respect and your Seagull transfers vehicle with care and consideration, please respect the fact that another party will be using the vehicle after you so all we ask is that you leave it the way you find it.
